Head of Design

Job Description:

• Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and Go-To-Market teams to bring our vision to fruition in the market.
• Define, guide, and influence the strategic vision for our product suite, integrating various product areas to deliver a cohesive user experience.
• You are expected to lead and foster the growth of our product design team, responsible for enhancing our customers’ understanding and optimizing their digital experience with online security products.
• Actively engage with customers, prospects, and partners, strongly advocating for ExtremeVPN within the design and product communities.
• Promote transparency and disseminate insights and impact across the organization, fostering company-wide understanding and enthusiasm for the strategic contributions of your team.
• Take a key role in setting OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and participating in budget planning.
• Ensure all projects align with performance goals and objectives.
• Continuously generate ideas and conduct experiments to drive exponential growth in the market.
• Support and collaborate with product and tech teams, navigating competitive challenges.
