Product Marketing Manager
- Acquire a thorough understanding of the target audience by collaborating with insights, growth, and analytics teams, identifying deficiencies and adoption barriers in the current user journey.
- Conduct industry and competitive analyses to support the go-to-market strategy for new products, regions, and verticals.
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative feedback from users to develop an audience prioritization framework.
- Launch products that resonate with users and generate positive word-of-mouth.
- Develop comprehensive go-to-market plans tailored to each core market, including market analysis, target audience definition, objective setting, creation of compelling creative assets and value messaging, and driving awareness and customer demand for products and features.
- Lead the development of product messaging and positioning to ensure a consistent brand narrative and differentiation from competitors.
- Collaborate closely with Product leadership to identify unmet needs in the Security & Privacy space and deliver solutions that address these needs efficiently, providing a seamless experience from sign-up to value realization.
- Drive the organization’s transformation into a Product Led Growth organization, influencing cross-team structuring and workflows and establishing metrics and models.
- Identify and develop long-term, scalable product education initiatives to enable customers to quickly understand and communicate the value of our products, including sales training, product collateral, FAQs, and launch playbooks.
- Partner with analytics teams to measure the incremental impact of initiatives and leverage customer behavior insights to generate actionable recommendations aligned with business objectives.
