Senior Growth Hacker
- Define, assess, and evaluate growth initiatives to enhance retention rates and reduce churn.
- Identify opportunities within the product funnel and collaborate with product and engineering teams to experiment with and implement changes, targeting growth through harvesting, reactivation, and implementing a segmented approach.
- Develop and take ownership of the Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) metric, leveraging robust data science and experimentation in coordination with various teams.
- Cooperate with the digital marketing team to provide guidance on targeting and devise new strategies for reactivation and retargeting through digital media.

- Analyse and report the success of growth initiatives to management, including creating and managing dashboards to track defined growth metrics.
- Manage and optimize campaign budgets across different channels to achieve efficient growth outcomes.
- Employ all necessary means to achieve exponential growth across all our markets or cities.
